I recently discovered how simple it is to use packaged cake mixes to create Mug Cake Recipes. In fact, it’s so simple that you can make small batches ahead of time, and when you’re ready to snack on one, you just have to add water.
All you have to do is use 1 tablespoon of Angel Food Cake and add 1 tablespoon of some other cake mix that you like, then for one you have a delicious dessert regulated by part.
I had fun playing around with various cake mix mixes and adding all kinds of stuff to them. The Hot Chocolate Mug Cake that I shared with you before was my favorite. Here are a few others that I have enjoyed:

This year I wanted to offer these little Mug Cakes as Christmas presents and found the perfect little containers to place them in; jars of baby food!
I just had some labels printed out, some fabric and ribbon glued on, and I think they turned out to be pretty cute. To hand them out to people, you might use some cute little wicker basket. This year, I can’t wait to pass them out for Christmas, but maybe I need to keep a couple for myself.
Which one would you like to try?
